We received an inquiry from a plant engineering company and provided various advice, after which they decided to adopt our solutions. The subject matter is quicklime (our equipment is widely used for quicklime). The shape of the storage tank is an eccentric hopper, and since the gentle slope side was relatively mild for a quicklime hopper, we installed it in three tiers, primarily focusing on the gentle slope side rather than in two tiers. Using a controller (C-SV4) with four built-in solenoid valves, air is turned on in a staggered manner for the lower, middle, and upper tiers.
